When I used to work for TP which I don’t always like to admit but it happened, we had a ton of customers that asked if they could pay for performance on our products. I didn’t see a real big problem with that but the owner of the company had other ideas. He wanted to keep all of the in house work in house except for the stuff that counted most. When it came to performance the in house people were the only ones that could really make it happen. But it went to over seas workers that didn’t fulfill their part of the bargain and left us a little slumped.
