We have embarked on a new way to make money. We found that in our area if you find houses that are worth more than they are selling for, in our area that is very prominent, then you can buy them high and sell them even higher. With the right mortgage lenders you can get several homes and rent them or lease option them out to other tenants and you don’t even have to pay the loans. Not that you don’t have to pay the loans but you personally will not be coming out of pocket with any money. What a grand idea.
