With the right mortgage lenders you can get several homes and rent them or lease option them out to other tenants and you don’t even have to pay the loans. Not that you don’t have to pay the loans but you personally will not be coming out of pocket with any money. What a grand idea.

I decided to help out a friend and hook up a website for him. I think I have let the beast loose. He wanted it to be like an angel investors type of site so I did what I could to get it going for him. In other words I did a ton of work for a friend and haven’t seen anything for it. Not even a thanks. Dang it! I like building sites for our friends but when they are as ungrateful as Kraig I get confused as to where to draw the line sometimes. Oh well .. Lesson learned.
